Not a top tier display for the eyes, but as a touch panel that doesn't require another display port (my laptop refuses to allow more than one external display on VGA or DP cables) this option is excellent. I run it off the unused USB 2.0 port and it works perfectly. One negative: when you first touch it after waking up Windows10, if your mouse was on another screen it will grab and drag the edge of whatever focused window is open on the touch screen to the location of your first touch, resizing it. You have to then resize it manually before you can continue working. This gets annoying. It happens once or twice a day.I love having this little monitor! It makes doing work so much easier. It was a little damaged and didn't come with the cord, but I bought it from the Warehouse, so its not a fault of the monitor, just a fault of Amazon. Only complain is that the port for the USB cord is really small, so many mini USB cords won't fitI have it paired with a Microsoft Surface Pro2. Screen size is comparable but the resolution on the DoubleSight is a step down from the SP2 so I had to set both screens below the max I was used to on the SP2 alone. It took a while to get the resolution optimized between the two. The DS is a touch screen but doesn't provide all the functions I expected. So the PS2 and DS screens together provide a portable dual screen experience but with limitations mostly due to the lower resolution. The screen is lightweight and fits easily in the small bag I use for my PS2 including the fold up stand. It's adequate for my purposes but if I were shopping again, I'd see if there was a better resolution match with my PS2 screen.got this to use as a second monitor at work. my cubicle is too small to have a regular sized second monitor, so this is a great fit. however, it is small of course, so I use mostly for emails. having said that, it is adorable, east to set up and a great find. a bonus in that it can display as a vertical or horizontal screen (must unscrew to change between the two; can't just twist). the greatest part is that it just plugs in to the tower; no additional equipment to purchase...my IT department had never seen that before in adding a monitor. very happy I got this!Nice looking, great stand and easy to set up. Accompanying software is good... Better than you'd expect. Downside is that, when used in portrait mode, the off axis image is pretty terrible. Straight on it's fine but at minimal angles it's barely visible. :( Going backworks well for my husband as a second monitor in small spacesI didn't know what to expect when buying this, but i did expect more. The good:It works. It does extend the video without a driver or video card. USB only. The bad:The touch isn't compatible with macs, so the mouse doesn't move with my finger. The screen can't handle even the minimal motion on screen. Flickers and choppy, sometimes the screen 'crashes' and goes blank for a moment. Not good for daily use at all.Worked as described, the quality seems good and was easy to setup. We have 4 of these DoubleSight Smart USB monitors setup in a commercial setting - 3 of which are going on 2 years of 24/7 constant use. Flawless performance, can't go wrong.
