The book itself has good content but hugely disappointed in the condition it came to us. Marked as new and did not have writing in it. But the pages are all fanned out like it had dried out water damage or maybe like someone laid it out all opened up and photo copied it - not sure. We kept it because it would have been a hassle to return it.
