OWC 12-Port Thunderbolt 3 Dock for Windows PC & Mac - Silver (OWCTB3DK12PSL) | High-Speed Data Transfer, 4K Display & Charging Station for Home Office & Gaming Setup

I was looking for a dock that would work with a Macbook Pro 2018 to connect two Dell P2715Q monitors as well as a variety of USB-A accessories. This dock has fit my requirements perfectly thus far.The dock arrived approximately 1 week ago. It was easy to set up and I was surprised that everything worked right from first plug in. I was nervous purchasing this doc because there was nothing in the documentation that indicated that it would work with a macbook pro 2018 model, but it's operated (mostly) seamlessly so far.Pros:* All the ports work flawlessly so far - I'm even using the optical sound output for my speakers and it's fantastic.* I haven't needed a driver, though OWC has said for some hardware components a driver is needed.* This dock looks sleek and has minimized my desktop footprint.Cons:* For my monitor setup, I plugged one monitor into the mDP and another into the thunderbolt output. The first day after setup the mDP monitor would flicker in and out. However I tightened the cables and it seems to have fixed this issue.* The monitors take longer than I'm used to to wake up after sleeping. This will just take some adjustment on my part.I will keep this review updated if I encounter any issues.-----UPDATE Sept 2019-----It's been over a year and I'm still using the dock. I've found the following:* I did indeed adjust to the monitor wake up time.* Every once in a while (perhaps once a month), one of the monitors will stop working and I have to unplug and re-plug in the cables.* Sometimes one of the monitors will have a lower resolution. Unplugging and replugging in the monitor connection cable fixes this.* All in all, I'm still very happy with this purchase. It does everything I want it to do. Would purchase this item again.
